Welcome to The Bookshelf!

The Bookshelf is a great resource for busy parents to discover new books that they can read aloud to their child.  In short, it is a list of my favorite books that my Mama and Dada read to me in a given week.  If you don’t have time to search for books at the library every week, it would be very easy to go to your library’s online catalog and put a group of books on hold for you to pick up at your convenience.

The Bookshelf is divided into subsections based upon age, but I go back and forth between younger and older books all the time, so feel free to look at other age categories until you find the one that best fits your child.
